	First Floor The spacious, light and airy lounge has twin sofas, one converting to a comfortable double bed. The dining table seats eight and a high chair can be provided if required. A colour TV with digital reception and DVD player provided. Glazed door to large south facing sundeck.

	First Floor There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. A refrigerator with freezer compartment or small freezer is provided, also a washing m/c, tumble drier, Ironing board and iron. Place settings for 8, together with ample cooking and serving utensils are stored in the kitchen.

	Ground Floor There is a double bedded room on the ground floor with a glazed door leading to a private patio at the front of the property. There are also two twin bedded rooms. Built in wardrobes in each room give plenty of hanging space.

	Ground Floor - 2 bathrooms/shower rooms The bathroom with an electric shower can be used en-suite with the double bedroom, or by using a door from the hallway, can be used as a family bathroom. The shower room is separate and has a large quadrant mains fed shower. Additional information: 2 storage heaters in hall and lounge plus additional electric heater in lounge for cold weather.
