comfortable double bed. The dining table seats eight and a high
chair can be provided if required.

with electric hob & oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. A refrigerator
with freezer compartment or small freezer is provided, also a washing m/c,
tumble drier, Ironing board and iron.
Place
settings for 8, together with ample cooking and serving utensils are
stored in the kitchen.

There
is a double bedded room on the ground floor with a glazed door leading
to a private patio at the front of the property. There are
also two twin bedded rooms. Built in wardrobes in each room give
plenty of hanging space.

The bathroom with an electric shower can be used en-suite with the
double bedroom, or by using a door from the hallway, can be used as a
family bathroom. The shower room is separate and has a large
quadrant mains fed shower.
